Andy boasts extensive experience across diverse sectors including tech, health & well-being, banking, asset management, payments and innovation. His leadership has been instrumental in shaping the strategic vision and driving business development in the business he has worked on.
Andy has vast experience and an outstanding track record of C-level appointments in small and medium sized businesses. He has founded and run successful businesses across the UK, EU and US. Andy started his career in finance and banking and held key roles at Linear Investments, Societere General, Credit Agricole (Cheuvreux) and ING.
Andy graduated with an honours degree in Geography from the University of Newcastle Upon Tyne, he is a member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) and the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).

Robert brings a wealth of experience from the capital markets industry. With a strong background in investment management, financial solutions, and business development, Robert has demonstrated his expertise across various sectors, including tech, health & well-being, and banking.
Robert’s career journey reflects his dedication to the capital markets, investment management and innovation. As a Business Development Manager in asset management, Robert led the provision of financial services to a diverse client base, including institutions, professional traders, and high net worth individuals. As an entrepreneur, he has developed investment prospects, facilitated private investor access to exclusive investments and provided expert consultancy services for financial solutions.
Robert is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Mathematics.
